Nike+ LeBron 10 'Blue Diamond' gets a release date, will retail for $290 - Examiner.com

The Nike+ LeBron X will finally make its long-awaited American debut later in September, but some people are already eagerly anticipating what is coming up next for LeBron James' tenth signature shoe. While the "U.S.A." colorway will be the first to arrive on store shelves, the "Blue Diamond" colorway will come soon after, getting a Oct. 6 release, according to Modern Notoriety.

Featuring a stunning array of light blue hues across the upper, the shoe has a very ice-like flavor to it that will surely by many people in the North Carolina area. But the real shocker here is not that the shoe is so close to actually dropping, but that it will carry a $290.00 price tag, meaning this colorway will be getting the Nike+ Sport Pack treatment.

The shoes have become a flashpoint of controversy thanks to their exorbitant (for basketball shoes) prices, and this bit of news will only add more the fire as there is no information yet on which colorway that will not include the Nike+ technology and thus retail for significantly less.

Here is the release information for the Nike+ LeBron X "Blue Diamond."
